We start with an introductory chat to learn about each other and see if we're a fit. If so, we schedule next meetings and send paperwork.

Intro Chats held through June 20th (Summer Cycle)

A deep review of your finances and a plan for your future

We meet to help you organize your financial life and feed the most accurate information into the plan.

Plan Prep Meeting held in June (Summer Cycle)

We meet to discuss your true life and financial goals, so that we can orient your plan around them.

Goals Meeting held July 9th, 10th, or 11th (Summer Cycle)

We meet to crunch numbers on your earning and spending. This meeting lays the groundwork for how goals are reached.

Budget Meeting is July 16th, 17th, or 18th (Summer Cycle)

We meet to discuss investments and how they fit with your financial goals and your personal values. We also cover managing financial risk.

Investment Meeting July 23rd, 24th, or 25th (Summer Cycle)

With the conclusions from the plan, we discuss how to take action and make change. We'll also review your written financial plan.

Action Plan Meeting July 30th, 31st, or August 1st (Summer Cycle)

A long-term relationship for mission-critical financial decisions

If you choose an ongoing advisory relationship with us, we now begin implementing strategies from the plan, including investment management.

The month of August (Summer Cycle)

As time goes on, we meet three times a year to create space to focus on your financial goals and support your critical decisions.
